Hideyuki TSUCHIHASHI is the Resident Managing Officer, Regional Head for Asia and Pacific of Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and stationed in Singapore since June 2026.
After serving in posts including Director General of the Human Resources Management Office and Chief Representative in Representative Office in Jakarta, he assumed his current position.
TSUCHIHASHI began his career at The Export-Import Bank of Japan in 1996. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Tokyo in 1996 and a Master of Laws at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005.
