Jessica Pringle is President, Asia Pacific at Metso. With over 20 years of deep operational, commercial, and executive leadership experience, Jessica’s career spans key leadership roles with Rio Tinto, BHP, Fortescue Metals Group, St Barbara, and Worley.
Beginning her career as a graduate mining engineer with Rio Tinto, Jessica became BHP’s first female Mining Manager in WA Iron Ore, led Fortescue’s Solomon Hub, one of the world’s largest autonomous mining operations, and has overseen major EPC/EPCM delivery portfolios and customer partnerships across Asia Pacific.
She has been recognised as AFR BOSS Young Executive of the Year, Telstra Business Women’s Awards WA Winner, and is a graduate of the CEW Executive Leaders Program.
Renowned for her “boots-on-ground” leadership, Jessica is widely respected for driving safe, high-performance cultures and delivering value for customers, communities, and stakeholders.
