Frank has 30 years experience in mining, equities and debt financing and is currently General Manager Institutional Domestic at Export Finance Australia, where he’s responsible for leading the origination, structuring and execution of financing transactions in the mining, critical minerals, defence, manufacturing, infrastructure, transport, digital economy and agriculture sectors.
Prior to joining EFA, Frank held senior roles at Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility and ANZ including 7 years as ANZ’s Head of Natural Resources Australia.
Frank also worked at Macquarie Equities specialising in the small and mid-cap resources sector and started his career as a mining engineer in the WA goldfields.
