Jordan Phillips has over 15 years' experience advising resources clients on a range of commercial transactions with a focus on Australian M&A, joint venture matters and other complex transactions. His clients include global mining companies, international joint venture participants and government owned corporations. He has transaction experience across Asia, the Middle-East and the UK.

Jordan is also co-lead of MinterEllison’s modern slavery practice, with a deep understanding of human rights-based issues to assist clients in identifying, and developing strategies to address modern slavery and responsible sourcing risks in their supply chain and operations. Jordan and his team have developed tools to enable our clients to cost effectively meet legislative requirements and lift standards within client organisations, from governance structures, policies and codes of conduct, to supply chain due diligence frameworks, board and executive capacity-building programs, and the preparation of Modern Slavery Statements.
